Please read below the terms and conditions for customer support. By purchasing Business Excellence Software Tools – BEST software you explicitly agree with this customer support policy. 

The software solution on our web site (https://businessexcellencesolutions.com) is available for purchase according to this policy.  

There are three types of customer support (described on our web site at the support page):  

1. Embedded customer support in the software solution  

Electronic support and generated knowledge built into the software itself (expert system) The software solution will navigate you from the first to the last step through the software components. The solution itself functions as an expert system, generating prior information in certain categories, generating a knowledge base, thereby increasing the ability to select predefined suggestions/ specific practical guidelines for the users. This embedded software support makes the solution very simple and easy to use. 

2. Technical support  

After the activation of the license code for the software or the purchased software modules, you will be able to request technical support via ticketing system. We will assist you in resolving any problem of technical issue that you may have experienced. Technical support is included in the price of the software solution, according to the Pricing policy.  

3. Consulting support  

*Consulting support will be provided on request and charged per consulting hour, according to the Pricing policy. 

*Internal auditor training will also be provided on request.

Following are the included services for each consulting support level:

  • Basic consulting support refers to providing three online consultancy meetings per year. The price for this consulting support level is shown on our web site at the pricing page.
  • Advanced consulting support refers to providing up to six online consultancy meetings per year and an internal audit support. The price for this consulting support level is shown on our web site at the pricing page. 
  • Premium consulting support refers to providing up to nine online consultancy meetings per year, an internal audit support and pre-certification support. The price for this consulting support level is shown on our web site at the pricing page.

 

If you agreed for the basic level of consulting support, and meanwhile you require additional consulting services you can upgrade to the next levels of consulting support. This way you will receive the predetermined higher customer support at no further charges per service, only this upgrade will be subject to additional charges (shown on our web site at the pricing page).

PRICING POLICY

Please read below the terms and conditions for pricing. By purchasing Business Excellence Software Tools – BEST software you explicitly agree with this pricing policy. 

The software solution on our web site (https://businessexcellencesolutions.com) is available for purchase according to this policy.  

All transactions for purchase of the software solution are made through payment gateways that use SSL encryption. These payment gateways are safe and secure for using this types of credit cards: Mastercard (Standard/ Business/ Gold), Mаestro, Visa/ Electron/ Classic/ Business/Gold, Diners cards.  

Since your purchase is a digital software solution, it is available immediately after payment confirmation, and all purchases made on our web site are non-refundable or exchangeable, according to the Refund Policy 

“Business Excellence Solutions” reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product or service offerings without prior notice. 

According to Technical specifications the software solutions consists of 10 modules. You have an option to purchase separate modules or the complete software solution. The prices per each module, as well as the prices for the complete software solution are given on our web site at the pricing page. These prices differ based on the size of the company.

Discount conditions: 

  • If you purchase more than 3 modules you will get discount of 5% of the total price 
  • If you purchase more than 6 modules you will get discount of 10% of the total price 
  • If you purchase the complete software solution you will get discount of 10% of the total price 
  • If you purchase the software solution for more than one company (example for more affiliated companies) you will get discount of 5% of the total price per each company. 

Pricing based on the customer support:

  1. Embedded customer support in the software solution – included in the software price  
  2. Technical support – included in the software price 
  3. Consulting support – 

* Consulting support will be provided on request. Prices per consulting hour are shown on our web site at the pricing page.  

* Internal audit training will be provided on request. Prices per internal audit training are shown on our web site at the pricing page.  

3 levels: Basic, Advanced or Premium. The support levels are described on our web site at the support page. Prices per consulting support differ based on included services for each customer support level

 If you agreed for the basic or advanced level of customer support, and meanwhile you require additional customer support service (not included in the mentioned levels):

This way you will receive the predetermined higher customer support at no further charges per service, only this upgrade will be subject to additional charges (shown on our web site at the pricing page).

REFUND POLICY 

Please read below the terms and conditions for refunds. By purchasing Business Excellence Software Tools – BEST software you explicitly agree with this refund policy. 

The software solution on our web site (https://businessexcellencesolutions.com) is available for purchase according to our Pricing policy.  

For the software solution online video tutorial is provided, as well as image previews and video materials to let you fully evaluate it before you make a purchase decision.  

  1. Please use the online video tutorial to make sure that the software meets your needs before purchasing a license. In case of further questions, please contact us prior to purchase. 
  2. You can purchase separate modules or the total software solution. After your payment has cleared you will receive your license code for the software / or the separate modules. Once you make a purchase, no refunds will be given. 
  3. After purchase our support staff is available to assist you with any issue you may have while using the software.  
  4. If you discover an issue which has substantially diminished your enjoyment of our software, please issue a support ticket describing the issue so that we can assist you in resolving any problem that you may have experienced. We may require certain level of access to check and fix reported issue(s).  
  5. If you agreed for the basic or advanced level of customer support (described in the Customer support policy), and meanwhile you require extra customer support (not included in the mentioned levels):  
    • this support will be subject of additional charges, according to our Pricing policy. The additional customer support charges are non-refundable 
    • You can upgrade the previously chosen level of customer support to the level which includes the required additional customer support. This way you will receive the predetermined higher customer support at no further charges per service, only this upgrade will be subject to additional charges, according to our Pricing policy. These charges are non-refundable.

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are shipped immediately after payment confirmation. 

Once you make a purchase and after your payment has cleared you will receive confirmation for activation of your license code to use the software / or the separate modules.  

The software solution is cloud based and will be available for your access anytime.

All customer / user data is strictly stored and available only to IT Sector Managers, regarding their regular work activities. The company strongly insists and is responsible for respecting the principles for protection of private data policy 

By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. 

For making a successful order the customer has to create a profile for registration stating   name and surname/company name of the customer, address, e-mail address and telephone number.  

This   data is necessary in order to deliver the product, as well as inform the customer about the current status of the order. (овде може да се наведе начинот на нарачување и други податоци кои се потребни) 

The data that is entered during the payment or purchase from the customer payment card are not stored or transferred through our servers. Transactions are processed through the payment processing system of the bank we cooperate with – UNI Banka Skopje, which is certified for processing transactions. During the payment and entering  the data, they are processed through the security protocol of the bank. The data from your payment card are not visible to us.
